Exercise Physiologist & Personal Training
We have a team of experienced trainers who are passionate, caring and driven. They will work with you in identifying and working towards your goals, using safe movement patterns. There is no challenge too great or program too small for your trainers.
Thrive is also a NDIS provider for Therapeutic Supports which enables us to provide 1:1 therapy programs.

A purpose built space for all things recovery and rehabilitation. Inclusive of an infrared sauna, ice bath/hot tub, Normatec compression boots, massage gun, foam rollers and trigger point ball.

What is a rehabilitation centre?

Can I become a member of the gym?
Absolutely! We offer a range of membership options, whether you're interested in strength and fitness, Pilates or ongoing wellness support. Some of our memberships are 24/7 and include access to specialised equipment and group classes. Contact us to find the best membership plan to suit your goals.
Do I need a referral to start a program?
You don’t need a referral to start our general or personalised programs, you don’t even have to be a member. However, certain rehabilitation services, especially those involving insurance or health benefits, may require a doctor’s referral. Please get in touch with us for advice on your specific situation.
Do I have to be a member to attend classes?
No, you don’t need to be a member to attend a class! Simply book your spot through the MindBody app, you’ll find the link on our page. Accessibility is important to us, whether you’re planning to attend regularly or just joining for a single session.
Are your services covered by private health insurance?
Yes, many of our services are covered by private health insurance. We recommend checking with your provider for the specifics of your coverage. We also accept Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover and other funding options.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as this time could be offered to other clients
