Ben is a Strength and Conditioning coach and enjoys all aspects of fitness. Ben particularly enjoys working with young adults and enables them to develop confidence, self esteem and social skills through participation in exercise programs.
Meg comes from a sporty background specialising in strength and conditioning, with over 2 years’ experience of running her own personal training business. She has a background in hospitality and teaching prior to having found her calling as a personal trainer. Meg has been playing high level sports from a young age and fell in love with the strength training aspect. Meg have works with all ages and all levels of fitness. The most rewarding aspect of Meg’s job is seeing people improve in many different areas of their life.
