Practice Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate professional who values teamwork and is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a General Practice setting.

You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of patient-centred care across a variety of clinical areas. This role offers variety and the opportunity to further develop your skills in General Practice nursing, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and workplace medicals, within a supportive and community-focused environment.

Flexible working arrangements may be considered, with school hours negotiable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care within a General Practice setting
  • Perform and support workplace medicals, including pre-employment medicals and clinical procedures such as spirometry, audiometry, and ECGs
  • Support health assessments and chronic disease management
  • Assist with women’s health services and patient education
  • Provide wound care management and treatment
  • Collaborate effectively with GPs and allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice standards

About You:

  • Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Experience in, or a strong interest in, General Practice nursing including women’s health, wound care, and clinical diagnostics
  • Experience in, or a strong interest in, pre-employment medicals and clinical procedures including spirometry, audiometry, and ECGs
  • Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborative care
