Dr Grillett is an experienced General Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & primary health care.  Skilled in chronic disease management, preventative health, dermatology, mental health management, sexual health and blood borne viruses, paediatric health and vaccination.

An experienced prescriber of medical cannabis, Dr Grillett has subsequently been granted Special Access Scheme Therapeutic Goods Administration (SAS-TGA) Authorised Prescriber Approval for medical cannabis. This approval complements Dr Grillett’s 10 years’ experience working in general practice in Australia to support safe patient access to medical cannabis.

Born in Broken Hill, NSW, Dr Grillett has a passion for rural and Indigenous medicine and continues to work in remote Aboriginal communities.

Outside of work Steve enjoys Soccer, Tennis, health and fitness, and spending time with his family.
